Frequently asked questions

Where do sessions take place?

In person at Emporium M33, 3-7 Tatton Road, Sale. Some sessions are online or at a distance. Each service page says which.

How long is a session and what does it cost?

Times and prices are on each service page. For example, Life Compass is 60 minutes for £40.

How do I book?

Choose a service on our Book Online page and pick a time.

What happens in a Reiki session?

A Reiki session is a peaceful, fully clothed treatment designed to restore natural balance to your mind and body. You'll rest comfortably on a therapy couch while gentle, non-invasive hand placements, either light touch or just above the body, channel healing energy to release built-up tension, quiet a busy mind, and leave you deeply relaxed and recharged. Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not a replacement for medical care.

How and when do I pay?

Psychic readings take a deposit when you book, and the rest is paid on the day. Reiki and Life Compass are paid on the day, after your appointment.

What if I need to change my booking?

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will move your appointment or refund you. If you arrive late and the diary allows, you still get your appointment. Please let us know if you are going to be late.

What if I do not turn up?

We keep the deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will try to move your appointment, and if we cannot, we keep the deposit.

Are readings guaranteed?

No. A reading is for guidance and reflection. It is not a promise of any outcome.

Is my information shared?

No. Your details are not shared with anyone else, and we do not record any sessions.
